What's New!

Endurall was formed in 2004, a product of many years of service to the
oil and gas industry as Down Hole Enterprises

Our company was formed by two retired firemen from Bossier City, LA in the late 1980's. They had invested a few of their retirement dollars into a couple of oil wells. Plagued by problems from the start, they quickly recognized that if they were going to make this venture profitable, they would have to address tubing leaks in these wells. Not happy with the existing "solutions" to their problem, they came up with a new one. From the bed of a pickup truck to a workbench in a garage, they slowly developed the (now famous) Endurance TM brand rod guide. Their tubing leaks were now a thing of the past and their investment was now secure. Soon, word spread about this new "poly" rod guide. We were on our way!

By the early 1990's, demand was increasing for our products and services. Anchored by sales of the Endurance TM brand rod guides, our customer base grew from a small region in northwest Louisiana. Eventually, we were serving customers across the United States and had branched into international markets, as well. By the end of the 90's, the Endurance TM brand was in demand world-wide. We were the inventors and market leaders in poly rod guide technology and were ready to apply our knowledge and expertise to other products, like our new E-Flex Plunger. In an effort to increase production and quality controls, we made the decision to expand.

In 2004 a third partner joined our ownership team. We reorganized the company and became Endurall, Inc. Since that time, we have brought raw material production in-house and have tripled the number of fabrication lines. In 2006, we moved to a new location and now have nearly 13,000 SF of space for UHMWPE rod extrusion, fabrication, plastics grinding & pulverizing and warehousing.

Jet-Lube, Inc.

SEAL-GUARD™ ECF and NCS-30™ ECF

Jet-Lube, Inc.’s patented ECF technology was developed to comply with the stringent North Sea environmental guidelines for offshore chemicals while maintaining the required performance standards. Jet-Lube’s SEAL-GUARD™ ECF thread compound for premium casing and tubing connections and NCS-30™ ECF thread compound for drill string connections meet Norway’s “Yellow” standards and the United Kingdom’s “E” classification. The classifications are a result of the OSPAR Commission’s Harmonized Offshore Chemical Notification Format (HOCNF), whose directives require pipe compounds to be biodegradable, bioaccumulation-potential-free, and nontoxic. These are the most stringent thread compound requirements to date and required a total reformulation of the pipe compounds to meet both the performance and environmental requirements.

Both ECF compounds are entirely nonmetallic, yet provide excellent protection against seizing and galling. They are temperature rated for applications -65ºF (-54ºC) to 500ºF (260ºC) and their nonconductive formulas are ideal for high-pH mud (9-10%) applications. SEAL-GUARD™ ECF, with frictional properties similar to API Modified, has been specifically formulated for use on premium connections. NCS-30™ ECF was formulated for use on rotary shouldered connections, high-torque, and high-chrome or nickel alloys.
