Kengro Corporation, formed in 1997 and based in Charleston, Mississippi, U.S.A., is a grower, processor and manufacturer of products from cellulose fibers. Kengro primarily manufactures oil absorbent/bioremediation products. Other products offered are adsorbent products, fiberglass replacement fibers in plastic molded products and natural fiber mats for a wide range of applications.

Kengro's principles have been instrumental in new crop/product development in the Mississippi Delta since the mid 1980's. It is our continuous goal to be the leader in the development and application of products and technologies using certain cellulose fibers.

Kengro is interested in national and international distributors of our products. If you believe in distributing the best product on the market, please contact us to gain first hand knowledge. If you are in the area, we welcome you to visit our facility.

Kengro products result in short and long term economic and environmental benefits in your hydrocarbon spill management program. Its absorbing characteristics allow it to compete with all absorbents and lead the field in organic sorbents. The natural occurring micro-organisms promote enhanced bioremediation.
BioSorb
The Environmentally Friendly Alternative- Not harmful to the environment- No depletion of natural resources. The best granular organic absorbent product available. Superior performance and biodegradable. The lower cost solution for more efficient clean up of land, water or hard surface spills and for restoring contaminated sites..

All natural: completely renewable resource - 100% biodegradable
Non-toxic: no adverse effect on plants or animals
Ultra-absorbent: up to 6 plus times its weight with extremely low leaching (less than 1%)
Enhances bioremediation of petroleum hydrocarbons (indigenous microbes)
Lower disposable cost: landfill may accept (disposal subject to federal and local regulations); incineration yields very low ash content (less than 2%)
High BTU rating (7500 BTU)
Not soluble in water: hydrophobic, will float for long periods for easy recovery of spills on water and useful for filtration of liquid contaminants in water
Weight/bulk density: 6-7 lbs. Per cubic foot
Particle size: standard Bin 3= minus 1/8'
Color: light brown
Packaging: 2 or 3 cubic foot paper bags

Kengro X
Kengro X is a proprietary blend of 100% natural cellulose fibers. It is sifted to minus 25 mesh for optimal solution to seepage and loss circulation problems. Kengro X also provides superior performance of removing stains from soil as well as rapid absorption of hydrocarbons.

All natural: annual renewable resource - 100% Biodegradeable
Non-fermenting
Non-toxic: - No adverse effect on plants or animals
Non-abrasive
Non-corrosive
Ultra absorbent: 7 plus times its weight
BTU rating: (7500 BTU)
Weight/bulk density: 8-9 lbs per cubic foot
Particle size: fine minus 30 mesh
Color: light brown
Packaging: 25 lb. bags

Kengro AQUA
The particle size of Kengro AQUA is optimized for oil absorption and recovery in marine applications. Kengro AQUA is hydrophobic and will remain afloat for a long period of time allowing cleanup crews a wider window for collection of spill site. Kengro AQUA offers many benefits to solve your on water spill management program.
